SMILE AT THE WWWORLD AT THE OFFFCAM A project of Yves Bernard and Walter Verdin.  OFFFCAM is now installed at iMAL, 30 Quai des Charbonnages, Brussels as a semi-permanent installation ! Every visitor coming at iMAL is invited to sit down in the OFFFCAM cabine in front of a camera.
